We adhere to and exceed industry regulations for safety and quality. The adoption of the standards BS EN ISO 9001:2008 (Quality) and the OHSAS 18001 (Health & Safety) are a key part of our focus on providing dedicated customer service in safe and efficient ways.
Our customers are managing agents, property owners, residential management committees, consulting engineers and facilities managers. We work with them to build and maintain relationships that deliver the highest possible standards in building maintenance.
DMG Delta is not an organisation which seeks to ‘take the money and run’. By contrast we have been around for several decades, providing a consistent and reliable service. From our office premises near Stansted Airport in Essex we support some of the most prestigious buildings and clients in London and the South East.
The two shareholders of DMG Delta Ltd are the founders of the company. They have worked together for 30 years and continue to invest with confidence in both people and the product to enhance the customer experience and strive to exceed expectations consistently.
Public liability of £10m
As well as being financially stable we also have public liability insurance, just in case something ever goes wrong. In this instance, our insurers will pay up to a limit of £10m, which should cover most eventualities.
