As one of the founding partners of DMG Delta, it has given me great pleasure to have seen the company grow over 20 years and become a well respected provider of mechanical and electrical maintenance services. We have been privileged to work in some of London’s finest landmark buildings over the years. Our people are some of the most committed in the industry. We strive to improve our product quality, support and encourage our talented staff to achieve their full potential. We welcome feedback, both good and bad, and we look to learn! I enjoy being part of a team where trust and dedication is part of our culture.
Outside of the office I have varied interests, including two children, two dogs and a wife. We all share an enthusiasm for the countryside and do all the activities that families do, although much of it seems to be running the kids around to see their friends!
I have been with DMG Delta since December 2001, originally looking for a short term position! I have a strong back ground in Maintenance Engineering, including installation and repair, ranging from HM Forces, Marine, Industrial and Power engineering worldwide, through to Building Services. Working with a great team of people, and working with our clients has made my ‘short’ term job an enjoyable long term option.
I have been working for DMG Delta since April 2013. I am responsible for leading and managing the installation and contracting project works. I really enjoy being on site and overseeing the Projects from start to finish. My work requires active management and working closely with our clients.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, holidaying in our Winnebago.
After too many years to remember of being an HVAC industry pipe fitter/welder starting my apprenticeship in the Royal Engineers, I joined DMG Delta in 2005 as a mobile/installation engineer. I’ve progressed into the office as a technical/operations supervisor. Each day is totally different and keeps me on my toes.
Outside of work I have twin girls and a son, all flown the nest (thankfully). My free time is taken up with rugby (watching) and being a quality controller for Guinness.
I started my career as an apprentice trained by the CEGB as an Electrical fitter. I obtained further experience with the Port of London in the West India Docks and Tilbury Docks as an Electrical fitter.
In 1986 I joined the London Borough of Barking as a fully qualified electrician. I entered building services in 1990 and progressed through various companies into an electrically based building services engineer.
In April 2006 I started working for DMG Delta as a mobile building services engineer. In 2013 I moved up to the DMG HQ as a Technical Supervisor offering technical support to the mobile engineers, and producing quotations for our clients.
Outside of work I have been happily married for 42 years, I have 2 sons, and 3 grandchildren so leisure time is busy. I enjoy holiday’s abroad and spending time with my family.
PA to Managing Director/Group HR
I have been working for DMG Delta since September 2016. My responsibilities are supporting the MD as his PA plus the HR functions for the company. This has been an exciting few months for me with a very diverse workload and amazing colleagues to work with.
My background is within HR and Learning and Development predominately within local government and a private care company.
Out of work I like spending time with family and friends. I also like going to gym classes, gardening, and watching horror movies, I’m also rather a Candy Crush addict.
After first joining DMG Delta as a bleary-eyed teenager in 2006 I progressed through a number of positions within the finance department while being sponsored by the company through my professional accountancy exams, culminating in my qualification as a CIMA-qualified accountant in 2012. As Group Accountant my remit is to oversee and develop a modern finance function capable of supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans, while also acting as a mentor to members of the department at an earlier stage on their career path.
Outside of work, my main passions are sport and travel, with the former often offering exciting and unusual opportunities for the latter!
Business Development Manager
I have over 14 years’ experience within a sales environment, specialising in Facilities Management, Property Management and Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance. I joined DMG Delta in April 2018 and work closely with the operational and sales & marketing teams generating new opportunities across various sectors/clients.
Outside of work I have a passion for travelling, horse riding and music festivals.
Sales & Marketing Executive
I joined DMG Delta in August 2013. Over the years my role has progressed, and I now work alongside the General Manager and Business Development Manager in generating contracts and setting up new clients on the system.
I’m also responsible for the marketing, which involves attending many conferences and exhibitions which I really enjoy.
When I’m not at work I love spending time with my family, and friends.
