DMG Delta joins the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA)
If you’re a long-standing client of ours you’ll know how we work and have seen our commitment to quality and service in action. But what if you’re a new client or even someone considering moving over to us?
Of course we hope you will get a feel for the type of company we are and our commitment to you through your early dealings with us. One other way to be sure we are who we say we are is to look at our accreditations and the trade bodies we are members of.
We’ve always been a member of the Building and Engineering Services Association (which was the HVCA) and of course when it comes to gas our engineers are on the Gas Safe Register and for Air Conditioning we’re F-Gas Certified, but we wanted to tell you that just recently we’ve joined the ECA – that’s the Electrical Contractors Association.
The ECA was established back in 1901, so they’re very experienced! They provide us, as an electrical contractor, with lots of support and help us to keep up to date with all the latest developments in the industry, but they also play an important role for you too. You won’t want to take any risks with your electrical systems and by choosing an approved contractor you can be sure of the quality of the work that will be done. In fact the ECA has a very comprehensive page of information detailing why it’s best to use one of their members – click here to see it.
We think trade bodies are very important for everyone. They give us the benefit of collective knowledge and our clients confidence, so we’re happy to make the commitments necessary to be a member.
As well as the trade bodies we also make sure our engineers are qualified well beyond the minimum expected and of course all of our work is in line with guidelines published by the Health and Safety Executive and Safe Contractor scheme.
I know it can sound like a list of different organisations but each one is valued and respected in its field – in the same way that we are in ours.
