New management structure at DMG

As a company we have been looking hard at how we can improve our customer service and have taken the decision to introduce a New Contract Management structure. We have looked at how we can best achieve an improved service and management control.

We have split our site portfolio into two sectors, Commercial and Residential.

The major benefit to our customers is that they will have a single point of management contact within DMG Delta. From which, we both can effectively provide and achieve the service aims and objectives that are desirable.

Dave Collins is our Residential Contract Manager and Michael Gowers our new Commercial Contracts Manager. Each manager, together with a Supervisor and team of engineers, will be responsible for all elements of the respective portfolios.

The process for immediate call outs from sites has not changed. These calls should still be directed to our Helpdesk where the team will action these in a professional manner. Equally out of hours Emergency Calls should still first go to our out of hour’s service.
