Fix it first time policy

QualityOur engineers are fully skilled to complete every job and are committed to getting the work finished, including solving any problems. We call this our fix-it-first-time policy. Getting the job done during the first call out saves time and resources in the long run.
DMG Delta offers 24 hour emergency call out support, 365 days a year to all contracted clients. For the majority of our call outs during normal working hours, we are on site within 2 hours of the emergency call being received. Actual response times are updated monthly and published on this website. Check out our current call out performance.

Accurate documentation, fair quotes

Quality doesn’t just happen; it’s the result of good planning and training. All our engineers submit reports from their handheld Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) that are immediately saved in our logging system. That information is visible to our service team.

We take an equally careful approach to providing you with accurate quotes. Our contracts reflect our respect for legal diligence and good customer relations. By managing the details and resources, we give our customers the services they want.

Approved Contractor Process

Our Approved Contractor’s Process is a key part of DMG Delta’s commitment to delivering quality and innovative service solutions to its client base. All of our contractors (and suppliers) are pre-approved by means of a rigorous system of assessment. Each approved contractor has to meet stringent health and safety regulations whilst being measured and benchmarked against key performance criteria. This confirms that their work and management systems meet the standards that we expect.  We never permit any sub-contracting by our contractors in order safeguard quality standards. We continually review and audit all contractors whilst we improve and evolve our processes.
