Before we can put together a tailored maintenance contract for a client, we will visit the site and discuss in detail what level of maintenance is required and where the business priorities lie.
We will also advise on regulations that need to be met and the certification to be issued after each service. We aim to complete servicing and works when it is convenient for the customer, working around their commitments and schedules.
Our clients are provided with 24/7 emergency cover, 365 days a year and 4 hour response times to emergencies.
