An air conditioning design and installation for office block refurbishment

Situation

In 2002, refurbishment of this 1960s office block began. DMG Delta was brought in to complete the design and installation of a new air conditioning system.

The system had to work over five floors and meet the needs of radically different tenants. We created a team of designers, project managers and installation engineers to work closely with the client’s development team. This partnership ensured communication was ongoing. Budgets and timelines were clearly agreed.

Our Impact

All work was completed on time and within budget. The project used high quality materials and its success depended on co-ordination and co-operation. Both were achieved through a single point of contact for all communication.

The installation is now maintained through a DMG Delta Planned Preventative Maintenance package.
