A newly refurbished art gallery in need of specialist maintenance services

Scandia House, London

Marlborough Fine Art was founded in 1946 by Frank Lloyd and Harry Fischer. The Marlborough stable of international artists continues to exhibit worldwide and their most recent property is located in London.

After a major refurbishment this impressive building in the heart of London’s west end has been loaded out with state of the art equipment. The managing agent Pilcher Hershman needed a maintenance provider that could offer fast reactive maintenance, well planned regular servicing and a fully integrated specialist sub-contractor management system.
