About the Role:

DMG Delta Ltd is a well-established and growing organisation within the HVAC industry, providing first class planned and reactive maintenance services across Greater London and the Home Counties area.
We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to schedule our team of 17 engineers and to assist with general administrative tasks such as sub contractors and invoicing.
- Head Office: Bishops Stortford
- Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 a year
- Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- Job Type: Full-time, permanent
- Onsite working
- Reporting to: Operations Manager

About You:
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling experience
- Previous office experience working for service provider in customer facing role would be an advantage
- Previous experience within building services company would be an advantage
- Reliable, excellent time keeping
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
Qualifications
- UK Driving License (preferred)
Experience
- Building services: 1 year (preferred)
- Engineer scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
