Planned maintenance support

Our scheduled maintenance service is cost-effective for residential apartments, schools and commercial properties. We will assess your building and then design a maintenance schedule that’s fully comprehensive or one that’s focused on a single system like water quality or boiler maintenance. Whether it’s weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly visits, we’ll ensure your business complies with all industry standards.

24/7 emergency call-out

Regular scheduled maintenance is essential to keeping your systems running smoothly. But when there’s an emergency, it’s good to know help is on hand. We offer 24/7 emergency cover to clients with Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts. That means, in most situations, you’ll have a fully qualified engineer with you on site within 2 hours to solve the problem.

This project, with a value of £500k was delivered by DMG Delta. They encountered and overcame extensive and challenging hurdles throughout the project, managing to deliver what was viewed as unattainable, namely heating and hot water for the duration of the project and replacement within the deadlines.
At times the programme was delayed by up to six weeks due mainly to the identification of secondary asbestos and other external issues. We were concerned whether the heating could be turned on by the requirement date, but DMG Delta kept our manager fully updated and delivered the goods on time.
