Building maintenance services for St Mary’s Church

St Mary’s Church, Central London

Situation

St Mary’s Church based in the heart of London, is a vibrant and outgoing organisation of over 1,600 people. The church is involved in a wide range of activities from learning and courses, to events and services. They started to meet as a church in 1997, moving into St Mary’s itself in 2002. St Mary’s Church is a stunning Grade 1 listed property which recently undertook a £3.7m renovation. The work restored the original Georgian design as well as expanding and modernising the existing facilities.

St Mary’s has a spacious auditorium and a newly created lower floor. This space is 780 square metres which is used for a variety of different events, including conferences, exhibitions and product launches. The church required a maintenance contract to ensure that their new facilities were regularly maintained, whilst causing minimum disruption to everyday activities.
