Chris Abrams | Contracts Manager
I am a gas registered Commercial Heating Manager with a wide knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, having been in the industry for 25 years.
I spent 20 years on the tools, installing and servicing heating and ventilation systems, before moving into supervisory roles. I’m now a Contract Manager with DMG Delta and I am enjoying working alongside clients to ensure that service expectations are met.
Outside of work I spend time with my family – my wife, 2 daughters and a labradoodle. We enjoy outdoor activities such as long country walks, camping and kayaking. We are keen sailors, sailing around the Thames and Medway Estuary.
Dave Collins | General Manager
I’ve been with DMG Delta since December 2001, originally looking for a short-term position!
I have a strong background in Maintenance Engineering, including installation and repair, ranging from HM forces, marine, industrial, and power engineering worldwide through to Building Services.
Working with a great team of people and clients has made my “short-term” position an enjoyable, long-term option.
Kim Moules | HR Coordinator
I joined DMG Delta in August 2013, and over the years my role has progressed. Starting within the Sales Department as a Sales & Marketing Executive to now being HR Coordinator for the Group.
My main activities include supporting the Group HR Manager with recruiting, onboarding, booking training for our staff and any other day to day tasks of the HR Department.
Outside of work the majority of my time is spent with my family. We love to take our crazy dog on long walks & being outside on ‘adventure walks’ & exploring
Kirsty Speakman | Business Support Manager
In 2003 I started with the company as a temp and 18 years later I’ve become part of the furniture! My current role is Business Support Manager. The key focus of this role is ensuring Excellence in Service by identifying areas of improvement and providing support in all areas, ensuring that key functions of the business are operating smoothly and efficiently.
I’ve been fortunate to work in most aspects of the business and with that I tend to have an input in various tasks. I’m passionate about ensuring the company is going in the right direction.
In my spare time I like to travel and read, which both go quite nicely together when locating a public house!
Lee O’Flynn | Operations Supervisor
I’ve worked in the industry for 18 years and originally joined DMG Delta in November 2013 as a Gas Engineer. Whilst out on the road, my knowledge within the field has grown and I have completed many training courses to further my skills.
A year and a half ago my position within the company changed and I progressed to Operations Supervisor, offering support to our clients, the Helpdesk and providing technical support to our mobile engineers.
Outside of work I enjoy a busy social life and have a passion for jumping out of perfectly good aeroplanes.
Malcom Bunker | Project Manager
I joined DMG Delta in April 2013 and I am responsible for the management of larger projects involving installation and contracting project works.
I really enjoy being on site and overseeing projects from start to finish. My work requires active management and working closely with clients.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, holidaying in our Winnebago!
Michael Marriott | Contracts Manager
I joined DMG Delta in March 2021, after 30 years as both a mobile and site-based building services Engineer, gaining qualifications in both Combustion and F-Gas during this time. I initially started my career as a site maintenance Electrician, progressing to Contract supervisor in 2011 and Contracts Manager in 2014.
I’ve found working with DMG Delta to be very rewarding with a great team dynamic and a wealth of knowledge. The location of head office is also great within picturesque surroundings – although the Tennis Court and Gym are outside my comfort zone!
Outside of work I’ve been married for 28 years and have two grown up children, a boy and a girl. I’m an armchair fan of F1, Rugby Union and Cricket. I like whisky and watches and have spent too much on both. I also like to spend time annoying other road users, towing my Caravan or Cycling.
Mick Walsh | Senior Contracts Manager
After too many years to remember as a HVAC pipe fitter/welder, starting my apprenticeship in the Royal Engineers, I joined DMG Delta in 2005 as a mobile/installation engineer.
Over the years I’ve progressed as a technical/operations supervisor. Each day is totally different and keeps me on my toes!
Outside of work I have twin girls and a son, all have now flown the nest (thankfully). My free time is taken up with rugby (watching) and being a quality controller for Guinness.
Mike Buckley | Financial Controller
I have worked in a number of Finance roles across a few Industry sectors over the last few years, including Food Manufacturing, Telecoms, Distribution & Logistics and even the Adult Social Care.
I enjoy the problem solving nature of these roles where every day presents a new challenge that needs to be overcome and no doubt Trinergy Group will be no different.
In this role as Financial Controller I get to see how each part of Trinergy Group works and comes together from a Financial Management viewpoint and my role is focused on improving our internal Financial processes as we grow and take the business to the next level.
Outside of work I enjoy long walks in the country with the odd detour to a nice Country Pub or two.
Paul Martin | Operations Manager
I joined DMG Delta in 2021 as Operations Manager. A time served mechanical engineer starting life as a site maintenance engineer for GEC, then on the road as a mobile engineer before progressing into supervisory and management roles.
I have a strong background in district and communal heating systems, gaining experience as a project manager responsible for the delivery of heat networks through equipment supply and specification to system maintenance.
When not working I enjoy travelling and spending time with my family.
Ricky White | Contracts Manager
I made the best move of my career by joining DMG Delta in November 2019 as a Contracts Manager. I spent many years in the electrical and mechanical maintenance sector as an engineer before working my way up to my current position.
Just like DMG, I firmly believe in providing the best possible customer service and building strong bonds with clients. I enjoy working with likeminded colleagues and clients, and the variety of my role at DMG leaves me looking forward to each day, as no two days are the same.
In my spare time I enjoy riding my motorbike and dining out with my wife.
Rupert Mackay | Managing Director
As one of the founding partners of DMG Delta, it’s given me great pleasure to see the company grow in the last 30 years to become a leading light in the provision of low carbon heat and hot water to many buildings across London and the Southeast.
Our people are some of the most committed in the industry and I enjoy being part of a team where trust and dedication is part of our culture.
Outside of the office I have varied interests, including two children, two dogs and a wife. We all share an enthusiasm for the countryside and enjoy the typical activities that families do – although much of it seems to be running the kids around to see their friends!
Sara Ellis | PA to Managing Director/Group HR
I’ve been working for DMG Delta since September 2016. My responsibilities are supporting the MD as his PA, plus the HR functions for the company. This has been an exciting few months for me with a very diverse workload and amazing colleagues by my side.
My background is within HR and Learning and Development, predominately within local government and a private care company.
Outside of work I like spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy going to gym classes, gardening, and watching horror movies. I’m also rather a Candy Crush addict!
Shaun Salmon | Head of Finance
After joining DMG Delta as a bleary-eyed teenager in 2006, I progressed through several positions within the finance department while being sponsored through my professional accountancy exams, culminating in my qualification as a CIMA-qualified accountant in 2012.
As Head of Finance my remit is to oversee and develop a modern finance function capable of supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans, while also acting as a mentor to members of the department at an earlier stage on their career path.
Outside of work my main passions are sport and travel, with the former often providing exciting and unusual opportunities for the latter!
Victoria Lawrence | QSHE Manager
I’ve been working for DMG Delta since August 2018 as the QSHE Manager. As a qualified Occupational Health and Safety expert – with a focus on Health and Safety, Environment, Quality, Sustainability and Business Improvement – I ensure the organisation meets all of its regulatory requirements.
My background as a Civil Engineer helps to ensure our workforce is put to work safely every day. Each day at DMG Delta provides new challenges, and this is why I enjoy my role.
Outside of work I have a big family as well as 5 dogs, who all keep me very busy!
